OTA Updater - Allow update to latest (non-preview) release, even if preview is set. #226

Currently, if a badge is set to the 'preview' release channel, it will only update to a preview update (such as 1.9.1-rc3), but won't update if a newer release exists without being marked as a preview, like 1.9.1
Describe the solution you'd like
The OTA updater updates to the latest release build even if it's not marked as preview, as it is a newer release.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Leaving the OTA updater as it is may not cause major issues as it's not mentioned in documentation (unless I missed it) that the "preview" option works. However, I believe it would be a useful feature to keep users up to date while also allowing them to opt-in to 'beta' updates.
