Feature: Ability to see all inboxes in the "move" menu #5
Description
We need people to be able to see all inboxes in the "move" menu regardless of their read permissions, so that people can pass incorrectly addressed threads off to other teams.
You can currently work around this by typing in the email address of the inbox you want to move it to, but people forget and use fwd instead which breaks replies to the original user, and means it remains in the origin inbox rather than actually being handed off.
