Add the concept of locations for lines #10
Description
Some stock lines are served in multiple banks of taps. Tapboard messages are currently targetted at a line, even if multiple taps serve it.
If we had the concept of locations, then messages could sometimes be targetted at a specific tap. (e.g. we had 1 nitro tap only in 2024, the other one attached to that line was out of service).
