`data-vaul-drawer-wrapper`'s scale should be calculated using `offsetHeight`

When opening a drawer, the background will "travel" way too much if you have a long page.

1. Have a page with 20000px scroll length for example.
2. Scroll to bottom.
3. Open the drawer.
4. Content in the background will travel like 1000px.
