Difficult to install via opam due to ppxlib pinned <0.9.0

The opam repository entry for noise says

  "ppxlib" {build & < "0.9.0"}

though I'm not sure this is a real requirement, as it's not listed in the ocaml-noise repo's opam file.

I was able to clone the repo and build successfully against ppxlib 0.23.0 after fixing up some deprecation errors in #5

This project is not maintained anymore. I appreciate the fixes but I won't be able to make new releases, so I'm archiving this repo. Thanks!
