More convenient follow links

I would like <c-]> to automatically follow numeric links within a document.

Part of the reason it is the way it is is that you don't know in general what kind of link you're looking at: local file? Html? So you can look at the link and then decide what to do (or go back with C-o). And also it's simpler like that for me :)

So it seems quite reasonable from my pov.
