Why am I getting this warning/error for all my Dreamcast games that are CHD?

The warning/error I'm getting:
failed to parse .chd file: chdman - MAME Compressed Hunks of Data (CHD) manager 0.277 (unknown)

I'm using npx igir version on windows and I checked and I do have chdman installed.

...Okay it seems to only happen with some CHD files, both dreamcast and ps1. However, when checking the individual files with the latest chdman 0.277 they verify successfully. Any clue how I can fix these? Do I convert them back to bin/cue, iso and then back to chd? or just re-download them?

v4.0.0 may have fixed this, it added better GD-ROM parsing. I would need more logs to debug anything further.
