Redump move

Hey Christian, wasn't sure how to just send you a casual message, so this will have to do :)

Heads up that Redump has moved to https://www.redump.info, and is rapidly iterating, including adding extra fields to their DAT files, and adding (Mexico) and fixing (Czechia) country names. I suspect it'll be dynamic for a bit, but might be an idea to keep an eye on it as it evolves. They're being pretty good about documenting updates like DB migrations @ https://github.com/superg/vgindex.

Certainly a bunch of the people are in that Discord. I don't know that it's the centralized place for the discussion, though.
