How to use Windows task scheduler to dim monitor after x mins of inactivity ?

1. Using Task Scheler Trigger a Command after 1 min of inactivity to save the current brightness and change brightness to 0
2. Using Task Scheduler to Use the saved brightness value to restore the brightness setting when activity is detected ? IIRC TaskScheduler can't do this.
