Document that almost all source qualifiers are stripped from flat files #201
Description
It would be great to document that most source qualifiers in user-submitted flat files are stripped and will not end up in the final flat file.
We (Pathoplexus/Loculus) found this out through experimentation and got clarification via help desk tickets but this is something that would be really useful for other users to have publicly available.
