Unlisted public note

I really like the project so far from what I have tested.

I have a use case for having the ability to make a note public without having to make the entire notebook public. In this case the note could be "unlisted" as there would be no parent notebook to show in the left navigation.

Thoughts?

This could probably be implemented by only loading the notes marked as public in the related notebook. I don't think making unlisted notes would be possible without rewriting a lot of internal code.
