Python v3.13 support

Hi team!
I see that you've added Python 3.13 support - however that was merged after the most recent official release. Would it be possible to please publish the updated version to PyPI so we can continue to use this package after upgrading Python versions?

The package can already be installed on Python 3.13 without issue (due to the requires-python = ">=3.8" line in pyproject.toml). The commit simply adds Python 3.13 to the matrix of environments where the CI is run, and the PyPI classifier, which is used purely for search purposes.
