Language on initial load is not always correct

Opened PR #197 to fix this. Root cause: the install instruction block on /addons/ is wrapped in {#key activeItem}, so the prerendered English HTML only got re-evaluated on tab switch. The fix re-keys on $locale as well, so the correct language renders on initial load. CI is green.

Already shipped via #204 (merged 2026-05-08). Verified the relevant fix is on main. Safe to close.

Resolved by #204 (consolidated addon install-doc, i18n & UI fixes). The original sub-PR for this issue was rolled into that consolidation, but the closing keyword didn't propagate, so closing manually.
