store ii-original-dots-backup inside ~/.cache

./setup install-files creates backup ii-original-dots-backup in home directory. Can we move it inside cache? for two reasons -->

1. not clutter the $HOME
2. i don't want to delete this folder as something might be improtant inside there which i forgot to look at, so in the end, i end up moving it to ~/.cache myself.
