Notification closes instantly if it gets unfocused for even 50ms #2885

What would you like to be added?
The moment notification is unfoccused even for small duration, it instantly hides away. Can we please have a cooldown period ( optionally configurable ) where notfication should wait atleast 200ms before getting hidden
How will it help?
not create a situation where mouse leaves notification for just a few ms while user positions the mouse correctly.
