feat: enhanced UX

this pull request enhances the overall animations & the layout in some spaces to better match md3 expressive's animation spec, with some other additional tweaks that imo improve people's overall experience with illogical impulse. here's what changed:

ui & animation enhancements

• settings: enhanced animations, changed the sidebar
• sidebars: enhanced animations for switching between tabs and such
• polkit: enhanced the ui to match the lockscreen style
• password chars: changed password chars to be random everytime
• polkit matching: changed polkit to match lockscreen password characters
• media controls: has a better appearing animation ?
• keyboard layout: animates when changed
• hyprland animations: changed the current animations to be more bouncy ?

other

• quickshell gpu rendering accel: made qs gpu acceled when an nvidia gpu is detected, with the following env vars:
  QS_FORCE_VULKAN=1
QT_QUICK_BACKEND=vulkan
VK_DRIVER_FILES=/usr/share/vulkan/icd.d/nvidia_icd.json
VK_ICD_FILENAMES=/usr/share/vulkan/icd.d/nvidia_icd.json

some stuff might be subject to change by maintainers as I didn't try to match md3expressive's specs or the whole philosophy of the project exactly as they are
the animation changes could further be extended to more places of the shell, as i've not yet found where i can add them
