Hi!

I'm just working on a small test project, and realised that some of the docs point to things which don't appear to exist. An example is here. Are the docs wrong, or are the functions missing when they shouldn't be?

In the case above SBTarget::resolve_load_address is missing.

I'm not a maintainer but I've added some functions I needed for my own project in a PR I'm working on. I'd be happy to show you how to add that function if you need it.
