How to build, zip and deploy to cloud storage

I'm about to use your fastboot google cloud addons but can't seem to find an equivalent of
https://github.com/ember-cli-deploy/ember-cli-deploy-fastboot-app-server

Would you mind to share how you did handle the build, zip & upload part of the deploy flow ?
