Expand/collapse description on click on the app title

As of now clicking the app name in the list will take you to the market page. Users don't understand this.

Change it so that clicking the link will toggle between the "short description" mode (where we cut long app descriptions, like now) and "full description" mode (where we don't cut the description and also show "Read more" link that will open the market page)

Clicking the "Read more" link will open the market page for the app (what clicking on the title does now).
