Remove "link" from Deployment field when running on server

This link is causing confusion for users:

As one can see from the screenshot, the internal deployment path contains a link which concatenates the "current server" with the internal path. Generally, this only works if current server is "localhost".

Remove the link if host != "localhost".
Also, change the title of the field from "Deployment" to "Internal path"
