App installation date shows date/time of last XP restart #735
Description
When a new application is installed, "Installed" will correctly show date/time of app installation. But if XP is restarted afterwards, then "Installed" will show date/time of the restart. We have modifiedTime field in application node, so that's what we should show. For local apps (which don't have corresponding nodes) I guess we have to keep it as is.
