Layers Widget - status is not refreshed for layers after publishing content in its parent project

1. Create a project and layer
2. Add a content in parent project
3. Go to the layer's context, select the inherited content, click on Open/Edit button for inherited content in layers widget:

4. Publish the content in parent project
5. Switch to the layer's context
