Incorrect behaviour of updating content in wizard in child layers

Preconditions :
2. Create a project
3. Add 2 layers

3. Add a folder in parent project

CASE 1

1. Go to the layer 1 , select the folder and click on Show All button, the modal dialog is loaded

2. Click on Open button in the second layer

3. Click on Localize button in the wizard toolbar
4. Update the display name

BUG - Save button should appear when there are unsaved changes

8. Click on Reset button

• The display name have not been reset:

CASE 2

1. Go to STEP 1 in the previous case
2. Click on the Open button in the modal dialog , update the Owner in Settings
3. Setting is updated, Reset button gets visible - OK

BUG - It impossible to update the display name, the input is locked, The input gets enabled after refreshing the wizard in browser page
