Layers widget is not refreshed after deleting content from parent project

1. Create a project and create a layer(select different languages)
2. Add a folder in the parent project

3. Go to the layer , select the inherited folder and click on Localize button
4. Close the wizard
5. Open Layers widget, and click on Open button

6. Wizard for the content from parent project is loaded - OK
7. Click on Archive button and move to archive this folder
8. The browser tab with the wizard is closed - OK

BUG - Layer's Widget should be updated , the parent item should be removed

Click on Open button again , Notification error message appears:
