Duplicate result

Sometimes we get an error after a game is finished, and no game is saved. If we try refresh the page, the last match is added twice. There should be a check for a duplicate result within resonable time.

This is a difficult one to fix. Hopefully we can add some que system and identification to each started game so they don't save twice.
