Incorrect behaviour of ListSelectionController checkbox

1. This bug is reproducing when the only one ID Provider is present in Users, so delete all extra ID Providers
2. Check 2 groups:

3. Click on Show Selections (ListSelectionController checkbox)

4. Click on Hide Selections checkbox

BUG - ListSelectionController checkbox should be displayed as partial

Expected behaviour : The checkbox should be partial
