Rename "COMMANDS" to "XP"

Rename "PROJECT COMMANDS" to "DEVELOPMENT"

Move these to "DEVELOPMENT" group
create Create a new Enonic project
dev Start current project in dev mode

Create new "CLI" group, and move these there
latest Check for latest version
upgrade Upgrade to the latest version
uninstall Uninstall Enonic CLI

Rename "CLOUD COMMANDS" to "CLOUD"

Use the following order for the groups:

DEVELOPMENT
XP
CLOUD
CLI
GLOBAL OPTIONS
