use docker image as alternative for distributive

enonic cli should be able to use docker images instead of XP distributives
OFC, docker should be preinstalled.

All supported docker images are listed on Docker Hub https://hub.docker.com/r/enonic/xp/tags
Selecting custom (and even local) image would be great benefit, too.

Docker allows to mount selected directories to host location - and enonic-cli should help with automatic mounting of directories from a sandbox. Here is the example https://developer.enonic.com/docs/xp/stable/deployment/docker#mounting_configuration

Note:
A few CLI features are not compatible with docker

• There are no docker sdk images
• docker does not share file locations so dev mode will less useful
