Form validation overhaul

Main purposes:
- make option and input sets work same as inputs
- make occurrences of any type works the same 
- validity changed events should be fired when item's validity changes (not just one of its children)
- per form item usage of hide-validation-errors allowing controlling every item independently
- unify as much logic as possible in base classes
