don't index attributes on old repositories

For new repositories indexing is disabled - there is no point to index attributes - they have a loosely structured format.
Indexing them though blows the storage index significantly.

current storage index mapping does not mention "attributes" field and since dynamic mapping is activated - attributes are automatically analyzed and indexed.

On startup there should be an index "upgrade" - that marks attributes as no-index
