Support for Custom Icons

I’d like to request support for custom icons on both mobile and desktop. This feature could include:

Selecting icons from the device gallery.

Using a zip file (like in Aegis) to quickly apply icons across devices.
This would allow users to personalize their experience and use icons that Ente Auth cannot include due to copyright restrictions.

I would love it if favicons could be used (similar to authy). Obviously there are some privacy concerns - so it should be opt in with some disclaimers.

If possible, the custom favicon can be extracted from the favico of the given custom URL.

At the moment, I suppose it uses a list of preloaded icons that are set from the name of the entry. If I rename an entry called Microsoft to something else, the icon also changes to the first character of that custom word. (work account using a MSFT workspace)

I would love if this feature is added so the second little issue can be mitigated.
