Ente.io is now able to selfhost but not that easy to setup and run a server just like Immich or Nextcloud-aio. These mentioned services have well managed master container specially in nextcloud-aio case, which can be spin in no time. I have read somewhere that such thing is in TO-DO list of ente.io as well.
The most intersting part of the above-mentioned services is the ability to run locally at home and access through Tailscale. That being said, I have created this discussion here and WELCOME all to participate and put up ideas to make ente able to test and run with tailscale + tailscale serve as a reverse proxy. Moreover, a local bucket instead of S3 and to get away with the storage limitation for a users.
