Delayed updates in F-Droid

It bothers me that Ente (Photos) already released version 1.0.4 in the Google Play Store on April 15 and has been stuck on version 1.0.1 in F-Droid since March 31. Does it often happen that the F-Droid is disadvantaged? Are there perhaps even comprehensible reasons?

Hey, we push releases to all stores (including F-Droid) at a similar cadence.

The F-Droid build server takes a bit of time to build and release the artifacts. I believe in this particular version there were certain build issues that the F-Droid team had to unblock.

Just noticed that for Auth the same is true. Currently in Play store is latest published release 4.4.4 but in f-droid the last release is 4.4.0 (3 months ago). Shall I rather raise an issue for this case?
