Each time I attempt to save my 2FA on this it says contact support what do ones to do it correctly

Hey! The easiest thing to do is add by QR code. most websites provides a QR code instead of entering infos manually.

If you still want to enter info manually:

• Issuer: The website/service name (e.g., Netflix)
• Secret: thats the key, provided by the website
• Account: Your username, email, or whatever helps you identify this account
• Notes: Just for your reference, optional

About the error message, you probably didnt enter the secret key:
