Ability to create new album using webapp.

I noticed there's no way to create a blank album/folder using the web app. I can only create an album by either:
1- selecting an image and then choosing the + sign, or
2- drag dropping a folder from my computer onto the webapp. (and then btw ente doesn't automatically create an album with the same name, but that's a minor inconvenience)

Would be nice to have this feature so people can create folders before having to upload any photos related to it.
