Allow scrolling through files with info drawer open in big-picture view

On the desktop app, when i want to inspect the metadata of multiple files, i have to open the info drawer for the first file, then close it again to go to the next file.

In contrast, the Google Photos information drawer does not overlay onto the viewed photo, but it functions as a side panel that stays in view when the user uses the arrow keys to navigate to other pictures. Personally i much prefer that system, because it reduces the number of clicks dramatically.
