I have access to my e-mail and attempted to reset my account password, but I am stuck on the recovery code portion; I never did save this.

How do I go about getting around this?

If you have lost both your password and recovery key, and are logged out of Ente on all your devices, Ente cannot recover your account or data because of its end-to-end encryption.

Please contact [email protected] for assistance. The support team can help you delete your account, allowing you to create a new one using the same email address.
