Hi there, I am hoping you can help me with a question regarding my Ente Auth account.I accidentally deleted my recovery key. I wanted to know if I could restore my account. Or if no... can you please delete it completely so I could create a new account linked to this email: [email protected].

If you have lost both your password and recovery key, and are logged out of Ente on all your devices, Ente cannot recover your account or data because of its end-to-end encryption.

Please contact [email protected] for assistance. The support team can help you delete your account, allowing you to create a new one using the same email address.
