I hope you are doing well. I’m sorry to reach out to you directly and truly appreciate your time.
I’m facing an issue with Ente Auth after accidentally deleting the app, which resulted in the loss of access to my 2FA codes. These codes were securing several important accounts. I do have my recovery key and I am using the same registered email, but the restoration process has not worked so far.
I understand you may not be part of the support team, and I completely respect Ente’s privacy-first, zero-knowledge design. I’m not requesting access to any private data. My humble request is only for guidance—whether I’m following the correct recovery steps, or if you could kindly point me to the appropriate support channel or team member.
I’ve already contacted Ente through the official support emails, and I’m just trying to ensure I’m not missing anything.
