phone backup as temporary storage - delete old photos automatically

Problem: I dislike having this ever growing list of every photo I ever took on my phone. It costs money and compute resources (CO2 emissions, etc). 90% of the photos are useless after a year.

I would love a feature that essentially let me easily delete all photos backed up from my phone older than YYYY years. IF they are not favorited or in an album of some sort.
