Ability to select the target album for new photos backed up from the phone

On the phone application, it would be nice if we could select zero, one or more target albums for new photos that are backed up to Ente (this setting could be global for my use-case, but I guess that some users would then want to have a specific album for each folder that is backed up, that's the default behaviour after all). It would be nice if the "Uncategorized" album could be selected explicitly here to get rid of the default album assignation that we get that way.

With zero album (or the explicit "Uncategorized" album), the new photos would appear in the "Uncategorized" category, this would fix #1360 indirectly.

Among the albums that we can select, it should be possible to select a shared album where one is only a collaborator and not the owner (this is related to #931) so that we can have an album shared by the family where all new photos are appearing.

It should be possible to select multiple target albums so that we can add the new photo to a personal album as well as shared album.
