Option to hide any photo/video which is already in an album, from the home screen

After a concert or party, I create an album, and would like an easy way of seeing if I forgot to add any of the pictures or videos to the album.

Right now it's kinda difficult when they just stay in your main photo stream (home screen) even after you added them to an album.

Maybe it's already possible, but I haven't found a way yet.
