Settings > Data > Export Codes
- The same filename is used for both plain text and encrypted exports.
- If a file has already been exported it gets silently overwritten without any prompt.
- Plain text exports can overwrite encrypted exports and vice versa.
- This makes it easy to accidentally lose previously exported data.
Suggestions
- Add export type in the filename to distinguish easily.
- Add timestamp %H%M%S in the filename to prevent overwriting.
- Use appropriate extension in the filename based on export type.
- Format: ente-auth-codes-
<type>-%Y%m%d-<%H%M%S>.<extension>
