MOV files not playing on the desktop app

Description

I am using the desktop flatpak app on Popos 22.04.

When trying to play a .MOV video in the app, the video waits to process, then the sound will play but the screen is black. When I download the video to my machine outside of the app, all the video is there and plays as normal. Even if I restart the app, the video does not play properly in the app. What can I do to fix this? is the problem on my end, with Flatseal settings possibly, or is the problem with the app itself?

Hey @86andyd Could you kindly check if Video Streaming is enabled?
Go to Settings → Preferences → Streamable Videos and toggle it on.

After enabling, try playing the video again.
To confirm it's streaming, open the video, tap the gear icon (bottom-right), and check if the quality shows "Auto"

That means it's streaming correctly.

Yes, I already had Streamable Videos and Machine Learning turned on in the settings. I tried to play the video again just now, and still have a black screen. This is a ~3.5 minute video.

I checked the gear icon on the video and it does not have auto as an option... it only says "Original".

I am able to play videos shorter than 1 minute that were probably processed on my iPhone. Those videos will play in the desktop app. When I check the gear icon for those videos, it says they are playing in Auto mode, and Original is another option.
