• SessionStart hook (failed)
  error: hook timed out after 30s

• Stop hook (failed)
  error: hook timed out after 30s

Steps to reproduce

1. start using codex with entire enabled and configured

@ksquarekumar by any chance did you usually drag images into codex? or have very long sessions in general?

I think we have a solution to the problem, I'll update once merge.
