Description
OpenScraper was develops during the SocialConnect EIG challenge, for the needs of the Carrefour des Innovations Sociales (CIS).
From the point of view of the CIS and from that of future users, there is need to know who will maintain OpenScraper as a standalone solution for harvesting information. Assuming "emergent maintainance" with no clear ownership is not an option.
