Is there any way to set the default Gateway parameters outside of the EnvoyProxy CRD?

Hi 👋 ,

Just wondering if there's some way I can set a parameter default like ipFamily: IPv6 without having to create a custom config and reference it in all the Gateways.

Installing with the helm chart and don't see any way to set those types of parameters.
