Hello Envoy Gateway Team,
I've been evaluating Envoy Gateway for our production environment and noticed that major versions appear to be released monthly with relatively quick EOL cycles for previous versions.
Could you please clarify:

What is the official release cadence for major versions?
What is the support/maintenance window for each major version before EOL?

This information would help us plan our upgrade strategy and assess the operational overhead for maintaining Envoy Gateway in production environments where frequent major upgrades may be challenging.
