docs: Embed Quickstart Install steps in Tasks rather than link out

Describe the issue.

Linking out to another page is a common reason users may be stop following the steps on a Tasks page
for e.g. https://gateway.envoyproxy.io/docs/tasks/traffic/circuit-breaker/#install-envoy-gateway adds a link to the Quickstart page

This can be improved by embedding a common install section on every task page

Hi @arkodg , I want to clarify whether only the installation steps should be added or testing instruction and clean up instruction should also be added in the every Traffic Management task page ?

sure @DeeBi9 , hoping we can design the snippet first and make sure its not too verbose, and only have 3 steps

• Verify traffic connectivity works
