[Entities --> Models] Discard button does not revert edited text to the original value

How to reproduce

1. Open AI DIAL ADMIN.
2. Go to Entities -> Models.
3. Create the new model or open created.
4. On the tab Properties change the Display name to the model.

Actual result

Edited text remains displayed after pressing “Discard”.

Expected result

After pressing “Discard” the text should revert to the original value.
